UNiQ Cycle Sounds warrants every single piece and component of each new UNiQ Cycle Sounds motorcycle speaker system (Low-Profile, Classic and Unplugged editions) to be free from manufacturer defect in materials and workmanship for the LIFETIME of the product. In the unlikely event of a manufacturer related failure, UNiQ Cycle Sounds agrees to remedy any such defect or replace the system or system component, at our option, for the lifetime of the product, to the original purchaser.

All other products sold by UNiQ Cycle Sounds are covered by the warranty as noted in each product's website description (If any).

*UNiQ Cycle Sounds reserves the right to determine whether a full or partial refund or warranty exchange is merited based on the condition of the returned merchandise.  Any product that we determine shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to our instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.  We reserve the right to refuse any exceptions to our guarantee policy.
