In the event that a UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Supply of goods
UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC reserves the right to refuse the sale of goods at its discretion.

Ordering
1. To order goods and comply with all terms and conditions and to be eligible for warranty and guarantee you must be least 18 years of age and place your order via our website (www.uniqcycle.com), telephone (888-864-7721) or from an authorized dealer, distributor or retailer. For confirmation of authorization, please contact UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC at sales@uniqcycle.com.
2. Sometimes our product specifications may change, in which case we will offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you may return it in accordance with our 30 day money back guarantee.

Provision
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Offer and acceptance
A binding contract of these terms and conditions is formed between you and UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC when you receive confirmation from us by e-mail, telephone or other agreed means that your order has been accepted.

Warranty
1.UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC warrants each new speaker system (Low-Profile and Classic edition) it sells to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC agrees to remedy any such defect or replace the system or system component, at our option, provided the unit is delivered to us, intact, with all transportation charges prepaid to our facility, for a period of five (5) years from the date of sale to the original purchaser. All other items sold by UNiQ Cycle Sounds are covered under the warranty as described in each items description. UNiQ Cycle Sounds reserves the right to replace warranted products with one of equal or greater value if the product is non-repairable or no longer available.
2. Any product that we determine shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to our instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any exceptions to our warranty policy

Prices
UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC prices are in US Dollars ($). All orders to mainland USA will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx unless otherwise noted.
UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC reserves the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

Shipping & Delivery
1. UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC attempts to ship all orders placed before 1:00pm MST the same day. We also attempt to ship all orders placed after 1:00pm MST by the next business day. However, orders can take up to 5 business days from receipt of your order to ship, depending on stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 5 business days, UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC will notify you by e-mail or telephone. If this is not satisfactory to you, we will offer you a refund. You can always check status of your order by visiting our webpage and accessing the order status page (www.uniqcycle.com/orderstatus.asp), or by sending us an email at sales@uniqcycle.com. All deliveries are subject to payment authorization.
2. If the package you receive has been damaged in shipping, please do not refuse delivery. Contact UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC Customer Service at service@uniqcycle.com so that we may make the necessary arrangements on your behalf.

4. We reserve the right to require signature for delivery

Satisfaction guarantee
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC product or service, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Just return the product to us in like-new condition within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you, and we will refund the full purchase price less shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC reserves the right to determine whether a full or partial refund or an exchange is merited based on the condition of the returned merchandise. Any product that we determine shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to our instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.

Payment options
UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC accepts on-line payment with all the major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the MasterCard or Visa logos as well as PayPal payments. If you wish to pay using a check, cash, money order or cashier's check, order will ship once payment has cleared.
Net term / Payment by check
If you wish to pay by check under a net term condition, you will need to negotiate this payment term with UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC prior to placing any orders. If you wish to send a check without using net terms, you will need to place an order using the check option and send the check to our offices. Your order will ship once the check has cleared our bank account and determined to be valid (typically 10-14 days).

Legal Notices / Liability
Our lawyers made us include this disclaimer. We're sure you'll enjoy our products and will use them responsibly. UNiQ Cycle Sound's product liability and legal information is as follows:

Failure to follow these guidelines and procedures may cause an unexpected result from the UNiQ Cycle Sounds speaker system or other products and result in loss of control of the motorcycle or riding attention, possibly resulting in serious bodily injury or death!

Do not make adjustments to any aspect of the system while your motorcycle is moving. If adjustments are needed, come to a complete stop, turn off the ignition and secure the motorcycle against tipping or falling. Make any required adjustments then ensure all screws, fittings, components and fasteners are securely tightened. Before resuming travel inspect to ensure all parts are in place and properly secured.

Do not use the system or any products in any way that would interfere with your driving ability, including excess volume levels.

Do not use our products in ways that are contrary to their intended use.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect all screws, fasteners, components and fittings on a daily basis, tighten or replace them as necessary, and to regularly inspect the entire UNiQ Cycle Sounds Speaker System for signs of missing parts, excessive wear, metal fatigue, or imminent failure. Should any of these defects be observed the UNiQ Cycle Speaker System should be immediately removed from the motorcycle and not used again until inspected and repaired by UNiQ Cycle.

All products not directly manufactured or modified by UNiQ Cycle Sounds is the sole responsibility of the original manufacturer. UNiQ Cycle Sounds takes no responsibility for results from products that are not made directly by us and are just being resold in the original package. These items are bought and then sold by UNiQ Cycle Sounds as new and are not modified in any way. Issues with these products should be taken up with the original manufacturer of the product (unless it is simply a warranty issue that is covered by UNiQ Cycle Sounds - See individual warranties on each item). We can provide information of other manufacturers upon legal request.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to evaluate the suitability of these products for personal use. Consumers must evaluate whether these products meet their needs and are compatible with their equipment and whether these products can be mounted and used in a safe fashion. The consumer accepts full and complete responsibility for selection of products. The consumer accepts full and complete responsibility for mounting, use and maintenance of these products and agrees to follow and abide by any and all instructions, recommendations, warnings, or other information supplied or published by UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC.

Any use, modifications, or applications of any UNiQ Cycle Products, other than those authorized by us in writing, are specifically prohibited.

Because installation of these products is done by others outside our control, we cannot assume any liability or responsibility whatsoever for improper or unsafe installation. Improper or unsafe installation is defined as products that are installed contrary to UNiQ Cycle Sounds latest published instructions (or other manufacturers if not manufactured by UNiQ Cycle Sounds), that are improperly secured or maintained, that are improperly tightened or otherwise secured, or which are otherwise improperly fitted to the motorcycle.

UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC, it's employees, agents, and owners assume no liability whatsoever for property damage, personal injury or other losses resulting from the Purchaser's failure to properly install or maintain the products, for unauthorized modifications of any kind, for use of unauthorized parts (including bushings, screws, pins, fasteners, additions, or other upgrades or changes), or for misuse of any UNiQ Cycle Sounds Product in a fashion not intended by UNiQ Cycle Sounds (or other original manufacturer) or described as a suggested application in UNiQ Cycle Sounds literature.

UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC is not resposible for any motorcycle, ATV, scooter or other vehicle warranties that may be voided or compromised due to the installation and/or use of any of our products.

Only authorized UNiQ Cycle replacement parts (assemblies, screws, components, fasteners or fittings) shall be used when mounting or installing any UNiQ Cycle Sounds manufactured products (such as the low-profile and classic edition systems). Authorized replacement parts for these items may be purchased only from UNiQ Cycle Sounds. Any parts from other sources or vendors are not covered under warranty and will void any consumer claims against UNiQ Cycle Sounds or others.

Affiliation and Trademarks
UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC is not in any way affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise associated with any motorcycle or motorcycle accessory companies. We do not in any way represent our products as being manufactured by or for any particular motorcycle model. Our references to other motorcycle companies are not meant to infringe on their trademarks or other intellectual property. UNiQ Cycle Sounds and the associated logo images are a registered trademark of UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC and will be protected to the furthest extent of the law.
