- We use UPS and US Postal Service to ship all orders (UPS will not deliver to a PO Box). Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

- INTERNATIONAL
- The billing and shipping address for international customers MUST match what the credit card issuer or bank has on file or the order will not be processed and funds will be returned to the original funding source. Because of international transfer procedures it may take up to 14 days to process a refund in the event of mismatched addresses.
In order to verify customer identity and funding we will need you to email us a copy of your credit card or bank statement header showing the billing address and last 4 digits of the credit card number.
We can accept all major credit cards or PayPal for International Orders
Any duties or customs fees that apply when shipping internationally must be paid by the customer when receiving the shipment. We will NOT mark shipments as “gift” or note a lower value to avoid customs fees.

Returns & Replacements- If you find a louder, better system or for any other reason you are not 100% satisfied with any of your UNiQ Cycle Sounds product(s), you may return it for a refund or exchange. Just return the product to us in like-new condition within 30 days (60 days for noted systems) from the date you receive it, and we will refund the full purchase price less shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.

Any product that we determine shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to our instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
We reserve the right to refuse any exceptions to our guarantee policy.

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order or may cause the order to be cancelled. Your credit card will be billed at the time of purchase to help prevent fraud.

The Short/Summary Version:
UNiQ Cycle Sounds warrants every single piece and component of each new UNiQ Cycle Sounds motorcycle speaker system (Low-Profile, Classic, Premier and Unplugged editions) to be free from defective materials and workmanship for the LIFETIME of the product. In the unlikely event of a failure, UNiQ Cycle Sounds agrees to remedy any such defect or replace the system or system component, at our option, for the lifetime of the product, to the original purchaser.
All other items sold by UNiQ Cycle Sounds are covered by the warranty as noted in each item's description (If any).
Any product that we determine shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to our instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to refuse any exceptions to our warranty policy.
The Long/Full Version:
UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC ("UNiQ", "UNiQ Cycle", "UNiQ Cycle Sounds") warrants only to the original purchaser of the UNiQ Cycle Sounds Classic Edition, Low-profile Edition, Premier or Unplugged Edition product purchased directly from UNiQ Cycle Sounds, or from an Authorized reseller, dealer or distributor that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the life of the product. UNiQ Cycle Sounds reserves the right, before having any obligation under this warranty, to inspect the damaged UNiQ Cycle Sounds product, and all costs of shipping the UNiQ Cycle Sounds product to UNiQ Cycle Sounds for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this warranty, Purchaser must make claim to UNiQ Cycle Sounds within 60 days of occurrence, and must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as original receipt, on-line account registration, or other documentation UNiQ Cycle Sounds deems acceptable) for the product. UNiQ Cycle Sounds, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Typically we can find your order information in our automated system, however to ensure there are no issues, please retain the original dated sales receipt as evidence of the original purchaser's date of purchase. In order to keep this warranty in effect, the product must have been installed, handled and used as prescribed in the instructions accompanying each product. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. This warranty is valid only if the product is used with the equipment it was designed for. This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by UNiQ Cycle Sounds. This warranty does not affect any other legal rights you may have by operation of law. UNiQ CYCLE SOUNDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OF SOFTWARE, LOSS OR RECOVERY OF DATA, RENTAL OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT, DOWNTIME, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, ARISING OUT OF ANY THEORY OF RECOVERY, INCLUDING WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTORY OR TORT. ALL OTHER UNIQ CYCLE SOUNDS PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WARRANTY TERM/LENGTH, WHICH (IF ANY) IS SPECIFIED UNDER EACH PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ON OUR WEBSITE (WWW.UNIQCYCLE.COM). SOME UNIQ CYCLE SOUNDS PRODUCTS DO NOT CARRY A WARRANTY. ANY PRODUCT NOT MANUFACTURED BY UNIQ CYCLE SOUNDS IS COVERED UNDER EACH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY (IF ANY). Legal Notices and Liability- We're sure you'll enjoy our products and will use them responsibly, but UNiQ Cycle Sound's product liability and legal information is as follows:
Failure to follow these guidelines and procedures may cause an unexpected result from the UNiQ Cycle Sounds speaker system or other products and result in loss of control of the motorcycle or riding attention, possibly resulting in serious bodily injury or death!
Do not make adjustments to any aspect of the system while your motorcycle is moving. If adjustments are needed, come to a complete stop, turn off the ignition and secure the motorcycle against tipping or falling. Make any required adjustments then ensure all screws, fittings, components and fasteners are securely tightened. Before resuming travel inspect to ensure all parts are in place and properly secured.
Do not use the system or any products in any way that would interfere with your driving ability, including excess volume levels.
Do not use our products in ways that are contrary to their intended use.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect all screws, fasteners, components and fittings on a daily basis, tighten or replace them as necessary, and to regularly inspect the entire UNiQ Cycle Sounds Speaker System for signs of missing parts, excessive wear, metal fatigue, or imminent failure. Should any of these defects be observed the UNiQ Cycle Speaker System should be immediately removed from the motorcycle and not used again until inspected and repaired by UNiQ Cycle.
All products not directly manufactured or modified by UNiQ Cycle Sounds is the sole responsibility of the original manufacturer. UNiQ Cycle Sounds takes no responsibility for results from products that are not made directly by us and are just being resold in the original package. These items are bought and then sold by UNiQ Cycle Sounds as new and are not modified in any way. Issues with these products should be taken up with the original manufacturer of the product (unless it is simply a warranty issue that is covered by UNiQ Cycle Sounds - See individual warranties on each item). We can provide information of other manufacturers upon legal request.
It is the responsibility of the consumer to evaluate the suitability of these products for personal use. Consumers must evaluate whether these products meet their needs and are compatible with their equipment and whether these products can be mounted and used in a safe fashion. The consumer accepts full and complete responsibility for selection of products. The consumer accepts full and complete responsibility for mounting, use and maintenance of these products and agrees to follow and abide by any and all instructions, recommendations, warnings, or other information supplied or published by UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC.
Any use, modifications, or applications of any UNiQ Cycle Products, other than those authorized by us in writing, are specifically prohibited.
Because installation of these products is done by others outside our control, we cannot assume any liability or responsibility whatsoever for improper or unsafe installation. Improper or unsafe installation is defined as products that are installed contrary to UNiQ Cycle Sounds latest published instructions (or other manufacturers if not manufactured by UNiQ Cycle Sounds), that are improperly secured or maintained, that are improperly tightened or otherwise secured, or which are otherwise improperly fitted to the motorcycle.
UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC, it's employees, agents, and owners assume no liability whatsoever for property damage, personal injury or other losses resulting from the Purchaser's failure to properly install or maintain the products, for unauthorized modifications of any kind, for use of unauthorized parts (including bushings, screws, pins, fasteners, additions, or other upgrades or changes), or for misuse of any UNiQ Cycle Sounds Product in a fashion not intended by UNiQ Cycle Sounds (or other original manufacturer) or described as a suggested application in UNiQ Cycle Sounds literature.
UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC is not resposible for any motorcycle, ATV, scooter or other vehicle warranties that may be voided or compromised due to the installation and/or use of any of our products.
Only authorized UNiQ Cycle replacement parts (assemblies, screws, components, fasteners or fittings) shall be used when mounting or installing any UNiQ Cycle Sounds manufactured products (such as the low-profile and classic edition systems). Authorized replacement parts for these items may be purchased only from UNiQ Cycle Sounds. Any parts from other sources or vendors are not covered under warranty and will void any consumer claims against UNiQ Cycle Sounds or others.
MOTORCYCLES MODIFED WITH SOME AFTERMARKET PARTS, ACCESSORIES AND PERFORMANCE ENGINE PARTS MAY BE RESTRICTED FROM USE ON PUBLIC ROADS AND/OR LIMITED TO CLOSED COURSES. PLEASE SEE U.S. EPA AND YOUR RESPECTIVE STATE REGULATIONS. - This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we're not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.
- In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
